1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents

3. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian approval to submit an entry and must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Entrants can enter more than photo per person if they choose too.

How To Enter
5. To enter the competition, all entrants must first “like” the My Naturopath Christos Facebook page. This provides access to the competition entry page. Entrants must fill in their name, email address and upload their favourite photo. More than one entry is allowed per entrant. Each photo must be submitted separately.

6. Once the photo is approved internally and published as a valid entry, the entrant will receive a notification that they can share with their friends to encourage votes. The photo with the most likes at the close of the competition wins the prize.

7. When submitting an entry, an entrant must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not post, submit or transmit any information, image, text or other material of any kind whatsoever:

a. that is not original material in which the entrant owns copyright of the photo.

b. that violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including a persons intellectual property or privacy rights;

c. that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, derogatory, obscene, vulgar, profane or indecent or that is sexual or pornographic in nature;

d. that vilifies, insults or humiliates any person on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability;

e. that identifies any person other than the entrant, unless the entrant has obtained the consent of that person to submit the material for the purposes of the competition;

f. that advertises or promotes any goods or services, websites, competitions or schemes or otherwise for commercial purposes; or

g. that is knowingly incorrect, misleading or deceptive.

8. The Promoter may, but is under no obligation to, monitor or review the contents of the entries and may remove any materials (in whole or in part) that in its sole discretion is in any way objectionable or inviolation of any applicable law or these terms and conditions.

9. Responsibility for the content of any information, image, text or other material submitted as an entry rests solely with the entrant who submits it.

10. Uploading of photos is open from the start of the competition at 12pm AEST on 2nd May 2014 until 12pm AEST on the 6th of May 2014. Voting will commence at 12am AEST on 4th of May until 12am AEST on the 10th of May 2014.

11. The winners will be notified by email. The winners will also be published on www.mynaturopathchristos.com following the close of the contest and announced via the My Naturopath Christos Facebook page.

Prizes
12. The prize will be either a Female Essentials or Male Essentials multivitamin/mineral formula 60s by Metagenics. The gender of the winner will determine which prize they receive. The prize will be shipped to the winner within a week of receiving their postal address.

13. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

14. This competition is in no way sponsored by any other entity other than My Naturopath Christos. The Promoter can cancel or modify the competition at its discretion.
