A Garlic (or more) per day is a great way to keep the doctor away.
I remember when i was in my first year of my Naturopathy Degree in my Herbal Medicine lectures – we studied Garlic in great depth and I was so impressed and amazed at how many actions it had and what a huge range of issues it could help. It really is a wonder herb – and so very delicious.
